Enjoy golf and auction fun with PADI

Like divers everywhere, members of the scuba industry like to show their support for the oceans that we are all privileged to visit and each year they get together to announce their support at the PADI Golf Day.

This year is no exception, and on Monday 30 July representatives of the diving industry will be getting together to meet, network and raise funds for the Project AWARE Foundation.

Organised by PADI, the PADI Golf Day takes place at Shendish Manor, in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire and is attended by PADI Dive Centres, PADI Professional Members, manufacturers, diving tour operators, representatives from diving magazines and industry stakeholders.

It’s a friendly day, starting off with coffee and bacon rolls followed by a round of golf and then plenty of fun at the evening dinner including an auction and raffle.

The event relies on generous contributions from colleagues and friends in the industry, and this year’s headline prize for the fundraising auction has been kindly donated by Longwood Holidays.

The lucky winning bidder will enjoy a stunning trip for two people to the beautiful resort of El Gouna on the Red Sea coast and it includes:

- Flights from London Gatwick to Hurghada
- Return Transfers
- 7 nights accommodation at the Movenpick Resort in El Gouna
- Bed & Breakfast
- 3 x 18 Holes on the Championship 18 hole golf course
- 3 Days Diving (6 Boat Dives) with Emperor Divers
