Dive operator launches Hamata mini safari

Dive operator Regaldive has launched a mini safari programme from Hamata, combining the ultimate in diving variety for advanced divers during a one week Southern Red Sea holiday.

As part of this package, three nights are spent onboard the MY Blue Planet 1 liveaboard, while the rest of the week is spent day boat diving from the comfortable Wadi Lahami Azur Resort.

Divers with over 50 logged dives can maximise their time in the water, getting at least 12 dives during their one-week holiday. Liveaboard highlights include visits to Fury Shoal and St John's Reef onboard the recently refurbished MY Blue Planet 1, which offers comfortable accommodation for up to 16 divers in 8 twin-berth ensuite cabins. Meanwhile, the all-inclusive Wadi Lahami Azur Resort is one of the Red Sea’s most southerly resorts and boasts its own private beach.

The price, from £989 per person, includes flights from Gatwick, transfers, four nights’ accommodation at Wadi Lahami Azur Resort on an all inclusive basis (excluding alcohol) to include two days boat diving; three nights liveaboard accommodation on a full board basis with three to four dives a day, guide, tanks and weights. This is based on a departure on 2 May, 2012.
