Christal Seas Scuba launches new dive boat

Christal Seas Scuba, based in Norwich, Norfolk, has recently bought a brand-new seven-metre Humber RIB for dive trips off the Norfolk coast and beyond.

Dive RIB Irene has had several successful trips already this year, with divers exploring some of the wrecks that lie off the Norfolk coast.

CSS owner and dive boat skipper Chris Wake explained: “Norfolk isn't well known for its diving but during the summer it's really good. We have the choice of hundreds of wrecks, ranging from 10m to 50m plus in depth, all covered with lots of life, including lobster, crabs and nudibranchs.

"The RIB has encouraged all of our members to do more local diving and make the most of living near the coast.”

The dive boat has regular trips planned and is available for charter for individuals or groups - see the CSS website for details.
