Analox unveils donation plan

Analox Sensor Technology is inviting its top level stockists to personalise sport fiving product packages - making them unique to the stockist, and beneficial to a diving charity.

For each special product package ordered by a stockist, Analox will make a donation to the Scuba Trust.

Analox Sensor Technology is inviting its ‘Gold’ Sport Diving Stockists’ to stock new diving packages which will comprise an Analox analyser in a Peli Case, with the Peli Case coloured to the stockist’s design. The packages will include either an Analox EII CO portable carbon monoxide analyser, O2EII portable nitrox analyser, or an ATA pro Trimix analyser.

Simon Lunt, Sales Manager for Analox Sensor Technology, commented: “These new packages enable the stockists to stock a product unique to them. At the same time, we are all supporting a fantastic charity, The Scuba Trust, which enables those with disabilities to enjoy the excitement and freedom of scuba diving. We’re guaranteeing that Analox’s annual donation will not be less than £100, but we’re hoping it will be a lot higher.”

The Scuba Trust was launched in 1996 with the aim of organising scuba holidays overseas for people with disabilities. It has since grown into one of the UK’s leading dive organisations, which helps individuals with disabilities learn to scuba dive. As well as running monthly introduction to diving sessions, it organises regular diving holidays designed specifically to meet the needs of the disabled community.

Frank Buchanan, Chair of the Scuba Trust, said: “The Scuba Trust aims to level the playing field to allow our disabled friends to learn to snorkel and scuba dive, and to give them amazing opportunities many thought they could never experience. We are grateful to Analox not only for helping with ongoing financial support, but also for spreading the word about the work we do.”

Analox Sensor Technology Ltd is based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, and specialises in the design and manufacture of gas analysers for military and commercial use.
