If you want to appear within the pages of the Global Dive Companion, simply call the Sport Diver team or email to confirm. Our sales team will discuss your requirements,whether you want to go for a single page or a double-page spread, and give an overview of what information is required.

Once you supply this information it will be handed over to the editorial team to design the page.You will then receive a proof of your advertorial to be confirmed or amended before it goes to print.

Use your advertorial

As an extra service,we will also make available a screen-resolution PDF of your advertorial for you to use in newsletters, email marketing or on a website. Reprints of the advertorial can also be provided, please contact us for a quote.

Tech specs

Accepted file formats
• Files should be sent to us in the first instance as a Photoshop EPS with embedded fonts
• All files must be no less than 300Dpi
• All files must be CMYK (If any file is supplied with RGB or Pantone images or colours, we can not be held responsible for any colour change as a result of converting them to CMYK)

We will also accept the following formats:
• Illustrator EPS (with all fonts converted to outlines)
• TIFF

Please note: We do not accept Quark documents

Please help us to improve our speed of service and protect your work by only supplying your advertisements in the correct file formats to the booked size (see above).We need a good-quality print out of your advertisement to accompany your supplied artwork.We do not provide proofs of supplied artwork. Any advertising not following specification as outlined will be rejected and therefore need re-supplying.

Sending your artwork to us

We work on PCs and need all storage media to be PC-formatted.We accept CD, FTP and emailed artwork. Due to file size, you may have to stuff or zip any files which we will expand using Stuffit Expander. Production contact
